FinishedWe knew when Talmadge contacted us about adding some graphics to the newest member of their fleet this was going to be a great project. Vehicle graphics offer a great opportunity to advertise 24/7 to potential clients, We use 3M control tack vinyl and lamination to maintain color and add longevity to the prints. By using only the highest quality materials we can guarantee unsurpassed results.

We designed several layouts before deciding on the final design, We combined digital print vinyl and cut vinyl to make it fit in with the existing fleet. First the entire surface area is cleaned with 3M Prep solvent 70, this step is very important to insure the adhesive will stick to the paint properly. After installing all of the cut vinyl,(notice the 30th logo is backed by a very nice pearl vinyl) the van's deep recesses and curved surfaces are prepped with 3M Primer with a paint brush.

After positioning the graphics with power magnets to insure a perfect alignment, the vinyl is laid into place and squeegeed with felt sleeves and special 3M gloves and a heat gun. A digital heat temperature gun is used to make sure the vinyl is heated to just the right temperature and"melts" into place. Once the vinyl is all in place it is heated one more time to make sure it retains it's shape.

The client was very happy with the final results and so were we!

“ I just want to tell you how happy we are with the graphics on our new Sprinter Van. Your team did a great job of creating quality images from our photo and expertly applying them. It looks great and is really eye-catching but is consistent with our other vehicles. We know you always do your best for us and we appreciate the attention to detail. It’s been a pleasure to work with you on various projects for almost 20 years and to see your family and business grow and flourish. Thanks for making us look good!"
